I was disappointed with my experience yesterday around closing time. The employee who took my order seemed annoyed throughout the interaction. She made facial expressions that came across as dismissive , spoke with an attitude, and didn't make me feel welcome as a customer. I know everyone can have a bad day but her attitude isn’t understandable since that’s what she’s getting paid for. I hope management holds this employee accountable so future visits are more positive

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience left a bad impression. My sister and I were at the drive-thru and asked what a drink was because it looked like coffee. The employee’s response came across as sarcastic and dismissive when we were simply trying to confirm what drink we were being handed. Instead of simply explaining that it was a strawberry matcha latte, the employee responded with, “Red plus green = brown.” The comment came across as sarcastic and condescending, as if we were being mocked for asking a simple question. Customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or talked down to for asking about a menu item. Not everyone knows what every drink is supposed to look like, and a quick, friendly explanation would have been more appropriate. The drinks were fine, but the interaction made us feel unwelcome. I hope management reminds employees that basic questions from customers deserve respectful answers.

Im not much of a coffee drinker but my wife is obsessed with this particular chain. I've tried some of their drinks and they are very good. Employees are always friendly .

7brew is one of my favorite places for energy drinks! I love being able to try different flavors and i always mix it up and try something new! the staff is very friendly and theyre more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I've been there at several different times in a day and theyre always friendly and cheerful no matter which shift you get. the muffin tops are also delicious

Update 10/20/25 Today I did not only visit 7 Brew (Del Mar) but also took the time to message Ms. D Treviño about how I, as a customer and Google reviewer, felt about the quality of the coffee being served at this establishment now. (Her response is documented on the fotos below) Please note that I reached out to her before adding this review and she said “do whatever you have to do with your reviews”. My intention with writing these reviews is to help others by providing feedback and information about an establishment. I truly hope that my review is received as constructive feedback only and not as anything else. Hope this updated review helps someone out there. Seven brew definitely knows how to make things right for its customers and for that they deserve 5 stars. I visit 7 brew several times per week and order the same beverage every time but on June 25th my beverage had no flavor and I threw it away (it wasn’t good). Last night I went again for my drink and asked to speak to the manager about my previous visit to see if something could be done about it. I was provided with a business card (picture below) and decided to write an email to inform both 7 brew and my follo
